President Biden was pictured Thursday holding a notecard during an event at the White House. Upon zooming in on the card itself, YOU may notice that it is literal step-by-step instructions.
No, not just a basic outline of events or speech notes. Rather the most basic tasks of walking, sitting, and speaking are scribed in the most juvenile series of instructions we have seen since elementary school.
The first few instructions read as follows:
- YOU enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants.
- YOU take YOUR seat.
- Press enters.
- YOU give brief comments (2 minutes).
They even had to make a note on the card that the guest joining Biden, to whom he must pose a question, was joining virtually—as if he would not notice she was absent from the room.
