The world’s oldest firearms manufacturer had an unlikely collaboration with one of the most infamous and controversial beauty influencers.
Beretta, the nearly five hundred year old Italian firearms company, recently announced partnership with Jeffree Star.
Star was pictured in full Louis Vuitton at Beretta’s facility in Gallatin, Tennessee back in February. During his visit, he was presented with a custom 92FS and accompanying handmade makeup-style leather case.
The piece was “fully handmade at [the Beretta] factory in Gardone Val Trompia, Italy.”
Beretta notes the “unique details inspired by [Jeffree Star‘s] persona and styling, such as deep pink finishing, customized hand-engraved slide and side grips, highly polished barrel and surfaces, gold inlays on a Jeffree Star logo, complete with a customized serial number.”
“For us, this project highlights the premium Pietro Beretta bespoke experience and white-glove approach for our most discerning clients,” Beretta said of the collaboration.
“Jeffree came to us with a distinct vision for a custom handgun. With Jeffree’s inspiration, and our 500 years of experience manufacturing the world’s finest firearms, our Premium department created something entirely unprecedented – a piece of craftsmanship that is as much a work of art as it is a personalized handgun.”
